Returns and Exchanges


All our violins & accessories come with a 90 day return policy. As long as the violin is in new condition, we will provide a full refund (excluding the initial shipping cost + return shipping). Although we do not charge for the initial shipping cost, we still pay around $20 to ship the violin from our location to you. Thus, if you decide to return the violin, you will need to pay the initial shipping cost (around $20) as well as the return shipping cost back to us.

Once we receive the violin back, we will review the violin for damages and use. If we notice any damages, we will deduct the repair costs from your refund.

Here’s how to return a violin:

  2. Package the violin back into original shipping box and include a note with the purchaser’s full name, address, and phone number.
  3. Ship violin back to the following address:

For the most economical shipping method, we recommend UPS Ground or FedEx Ground.
