I’m scared that my violin might be stolen during shipping. Can that happen?
To protect your violin against theft, we require signature confirmation. If you’re not home when the Postal Service drops off the violin, they will leave a pickup notice on your doorstep or in your mailbox so you can either schedule a re-delivery or pick up your violin from your local Post Office.

I’ve never bought a violin online and I’m scared that something might happen during shipping. What should I do?
All our violins will be shipped with shipping insurance so if anything happens during shipping, the Postal Service will handle the damages.

What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept all major debit & credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.

What size should I buy?
Please see our video on the topic.

I played violin as a child and haven't played for 20 years. Can I still learn?
Yes, you can.
Re-learning a musical instrument is like riding a bike. We never completely forget how to ride a bike, even if we haven’t ridden one in years.
