We also offer a free 6 month service plan to all the violins that we sell. So that means that if you accidentally break the bridge, we will re-size and install a bridge for free and only charge for the nominal fee for the parts (i.e. we charge $5 for the bridge). On top of that, we offer unlimited support for the instruments, meaning that if our customer needs help with something on the violin, they can just give us a call and we'll help them resolve the issue.
Why do we do this?
We're tired of music shops scamming our customers. For example, our customers have told us that some music shops charge upwards of $50 to set up and align a bridge.
Why only 6 months and not lifetime?
We only service the violins for free for the first six months since some students don't treat the violin as well as they could, causing the violin to have issues prematurely.
How we can solve any issues you have with your violin
As an online shop, we cannot provide the same level of face-to-face support as a music shop. However, we can usually solve the issue over the phone or Skype. If the issue is major, then the shipping cost back and forth is about $20.
