Do you offer local pickup?
No, we do not offer local pickup.

How long does it take for the violin to arrive?
Shipping usually takes between 4-6 business days.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is FREE anywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO addresses. Anywhere else, please contact us.

In what shape will the violin arrive?
The violin will be ready to be played upon arrival. All you need to do is tune the instrument and you can start playing.

What happens if something is broken upon receiving the violin?
Just give us a call at (323) 4-VIOLIN anytime between 9am-9pm PST and we’ll help you resolve the issue.

I’m scared that my violin might be stolen during shipping. Can that happen?
To protect your violin against theft, we require signature confirmation. If you’re not home when the Postal Service drops off the violin, they will leave a pickup notice on your doorstep or in your mailbox so you can either schedule a re-delivery or pick up your violin from your local Post Office.

I’ve never bought a violin online and I’m scared that something might happen during shipping. What should I do?
All our violins will be shipped with shipping insurance so if anything happens during shipping, the Postal Service will handle the damages.

Yes, you can.
Re-learning a musical instrument is like riding a bike. We never completely forget how to ride a bike, even if we haven’t ridden one in years.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 90-day return policy.

What is the warranty on your instruments?
All our violins come with a 1 yr warranty. Warranty covers pegs, chinrest, fingerboard, endpins, and tailpieces. Warranty does not cover wearable parts such as the strings or damage caused by misuse. Please feel free to call us at (323) 4-VIOLIN. We’re open Monday-Sunday from 8am-9pm PST.
